What is the difference between regular and stiff shaft
Many customers come to my shop selling "> www.golfwholesaleshop.com buy golf clubs, and some people do not understand why if the tree wondering what choose.Or flexible shaft has less grafalloy (rigidity) or graphite (X-Drive)?
For example, we Nike CCI Irons "> Nike Irons ICC on a rigid axle and regular shaft.Which you choose.
We will have a debate on what is the difference between the axle shaft and regular.
Speaker A:
The difference between the two is that the shaft bends when the oscillation it.Hit both directions, and see what gives you what you want - in theory, give a distance from the coast of control, and we can give the opposite. It the largely depends on its swing speed.Try both! Then you'll know.
Speaker B:
you can go to a proshop that test your speed swing, you'll be able to say that the axis will be better for your swing speed. But I would try both and see which is best for you. I use flex regular in my irons and stiff in my driver. But they started out with my long irons I get a lot bigger, so you may need to go stiff in my irons well.
Speaker C:
So what is the main difference? Do you lose distance, but the increased accuracy with a rigid shaft or vice versa? And it is a rigid shaft more suited to a swing speed slower?
Speaker D
The best you can do is try the driver (s) you want both rigid and reg, then people in the shop would be able to tell if you have to drive or reg!
Not to diffecult find. The main difference between regular and stiff is the amount of flex. And in general (especially if you are between the bends) you will lose some distance stiff.Ccontrary (~ 5 yards), but precision will win the popular opinion, the slower it moves, consider the greatest need. Therefore, "the" senior "and older women to flex Flex as well, and the ladies - they swing slow.
Again, hit at a time. He proposed the change to achieve clock speed of your swing - is a great idea and an excellent starting point. But nothing can substitute for hitting the same club in two different flexes and see the ball flight. One - ask the guys to put the tape on flexibility so that you can beat anonymously.People do strange things, strange as when hitting the clubs to "know" the cord.
