In 1959, Bill Mitchell and Larry Shinoda was proposed to create a race car based on the Corvette and its destiny was to be a car test for the future of Chevy Racing. But most processed more quickly, said GM has abandoned the race program and to lend any assistance the effort of the plant, but that did not stop Mitchell and Shinoda.
